A cat is a cat... is an on going illustrative project that appears as a blog. It is authored under the pseudonym, Osmand Nosse. Who in his own words, likes: owls, words like ‘yachts’, skiffle music, taking pictures of clouds, marmalade and when dogs yawn and sound like they are saying something.
